1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NeuraLuma mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neuraluma Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), a proprietorship based in India.

2. Description of Service

NeuraLuma is a medical exam preparation application that provides:

• Curated Previous Year Questions (PYQs) for NEET PG, FMGE, and INICET examinations.
• Smart analytics and performance tracking.
• Active recall-based study mode.
• Study streak tracking and daily goal setting.
• Detailed explanations for each question.
• Bookmarking and progress resume functionality.

3. User Accounts

• You must register using a valid Indian mobile phone number.
• Authentication is performed via One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone number.
• One account per phone number is permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

4. Free & Premium Plans

Free Plan

• Access to a limited number of questions (currently 25 questions) across all subjects.
• Full access to analytics and progress tracking for attempted questions.
• No time limit on the free plan.

Premium Plan

• Unlimited access to all questions across all 19 subjects.
• Annual subscription priced at Rs.1,499 (inclusive of applicable taxes).
• Access to feature requests and priority support.
• Subscription is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

5. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway.
• We accept payments via UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.
• Subscription is activated immediately upon successful payment.
• Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect active subscriptions.

6. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed only if fewer than 50 premium questions have been attempted.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• To request a refund, contact us at support@neuraluma.app with your registered phone number and payment details.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any questions, explanations, or content from the App.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false or misleading feedback or bug reports.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to questions, explanations, analytics algorithms, user interface design, graphics, and logos, is the property of Neuraluma Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neuraluma Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@neuraluma.app.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
• Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees unless covered by our refund policy.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
